The project "Accept used bills and coins, as well as the Interoperable Platform of the Instant Payment System (PI-SPI)", led by Impact Digital Africa (ID Africa) in partnership with Impact Audiovisuel & Communication (IA&C), aims to combat the refusal of used but still valid bills and coins in Togo, while promoting the PI-SPI as a complementary solution to cash payments.

It plans a national multichannel and multilingual awareness campaign, combining videos, podcasts, visuals, posters, radio shows, and local actions in markets and commercial spaces. The campaign will particularly target Greater Lomé and the five regional capitals, with Sinkassé as a positive reference area.

The ambition is to strengthen the acceptance of fiat currency, reduce conflicts related to the refusal of cash, and promote the adoption of digital payments. The project includes an evaluation before and after the campaign to measure changes in behavior and knowledge related to the PI-SPI.

Lasting seven months, the project is expected to reach more than 500,000 people and mobilizes a total budget of 19,954,000 FCFA. It seeks the support of the BCEAO, given its direct link to currency protection and the promotion of financial inclusion.

The project E-commerce of Impact Digital Africa (ID Africa) aims to strengthen the digital skills and economic autonomy of rural women, female farmers, and traders, by training them in the use of e-commerce to better promote and sell their products.

The project plans to train 30 women, with 10 beneficiaries in each of the regions Central, Kara, and Savanes, on topics such as smartphone use, creating online shops, digital marketing, online payments, delivery, and revenue management.

Beyond training, the project includes an individual support, the creation of a network of women e-commerce entrepreneurs and an exchange platform. The beneficiaries will then have to pass on their knowledge to other women, with the goal of training at least 150 additional women by the end of 2025.

The ambition is thus to facilitate rural women's access to national and international markets, diversify their sources of income, reduce their economic vulnerability, and strengthen their participation in community and political life..
