Our financial and budgetary resources

Resources
The association's resources mainly come from:
- membership fees set at 100,000 (one hundred thousand) F CFA;
- monthly contributions from members set at 5,000 (five thousand) F CFA;
- grants, aid, and donations.
Deposit of funds
The association's funds are deposited in an approved bank, by the Executive Bureau and in an account opened for this purpose.
Financial movement
The opening of accounts and withdrawal orders for funds must include two (02) mandatory signatures, namely:
- that of the President (Mandatory)
- that of the General Secretary
- or that of the Treasurer.
Functions
The functions in the organs of the association are voluntary, except for those of individuals hired for project needs. However, the General Assembly sets the rates for reimbursement of travel, mission, or internship expenses incurred by members of the association.
Liquidation
In the event of dissolution, the General Assembly appoints a commissioner responsible for the liquidation of the association's assets.
The net assets are allocated to a public interest organization.
Modification & dissolution
The amendments to the statutes and the dissolution of the association are proposed by :
- the Executive Bureau or ;
- 2/3 of the active members of the association ;
They occur under the conditions set by article 12 of the statutes of ID Africa.
